Adult patients with relapsed or refractory Philadelphia chromosome acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL). Adult patients with myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative diseases (MDS/MPD) associated with PDGFR gene rearrangements. Gastrointestinal stromal tumors that are C-kit positive.
