Xalkori is a cancer drug that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.
The use of XALKORI tablets:
Crizotinib is used to treat certain types of lung cancer. The role of crizotinib is to slow or prevent the growth of lung cancer cells. It belongs to a class of drugs called kinase inhibitors. Xalkori is used to treat non-small cell lung cancer. This has spread to other parts of the body. Xalkori can also be used for purposes not listed in this drug guide.
